Your opportunity
As theMarketing Coordinator, you'll support the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life that drive engagement, attract new supporters, and strengthen connections with our fundraising and community programs.
You'll help coordinate campaign activity, create and schedule content (including for Kids Helpline and Parentline), support quality assurance, and assist with campaign reporting and insights.
This role suits someone who is organised, creative, detail focused, and excited to learn in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
This is a great opportunity for an early career marketer looking to kick start their marketing career and gain hands on experience across a range of campaigns and channels.
In theMarketing Coordinatorposition, you will:
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and direct channels, helping bring ideas to life from planning through to execution.
Create, schedule and optimise content across social media, email and web platforms, including supporting Kids Helpline and Parentline campaigns.




Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, using data and insights to help improve engagement and results.
Work closely with internal teams, designers and external partners to coordinate campaign activity and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Support day-to-day marketing operations, including quality assurance, asset management, invoice processing and maintaining campaign records.
what we are looking for
A qualification in marketing, communications or a related field, with some exposure to marketing through study, internships, placements or previous work experience.
Strong written communication skills and an eye for creating engaging content across different channels.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, websites or analytics tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
A cooperative mindset and enthusiasm for working with different teams, stakeholders and external partners to deliver great outcomes.
It would be great if you also have:
Demonstrated experience creating content for social media, websites or email campaigns.
An interest in community-focused, not-for-profit or purpose-driven organisations.
Technical exposure to CRM, email marketing or campaign management platforms.
