Dear Accounts,Thank you for forwardingInvoice ***** from ICombined360 Services Group Pty Ltd.The invoice currently includes multiple individuals on a single tax invoice for drug and alcohol testing services.To enable processing, I require a separate invoice for each individual client listed.
As each payment is raised and processed separately for each person, individual invoices are necessary for auditing and compliance purposes.In addition, providing multiple client names on the same invoice raises privacy and confidentiality concerns, as disclosure of other individuals' information may not be consistent with our privacy obligations.Could you please issue separate invoices for each of the individuals listed and resend them at your earliest convenience?
