We are currently seeking a dedicated Yard Hand to join our Prospect dealership.
Working alongside our experienced Yard Hand, you'll play an important role in ensuring our dealership and vehicles are presented to the highest standard while supporting our Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining the presentation of our dealership and vehicle display, preparing vehicles for delivery, and providing general operational support to the Sales team.
This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare vehicles to the highest presentation standards for customer deliveries.
Clean and maintain dealership demo vehicles, ensuring they are presented in immaculate condition at all times.
Assist with vehicle movements between dealerships, workshops, and external suppliers.
Complete errands to support the Sales department.
Assist with paint and interior protection applications (training provided).
Carry out regular yard inspections, housekeeping and general site maintenance to ensure the dealership always makes an outstanding first impression.




Work collaboratively with the existing Yard Hand and Sales team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Provide exceptional support that contributes to memorable customer experiences.
