About the Role
We are seeking qualified and reliableAutomotive Techniciansto join our growing automotive team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in workmanship, values safety and compliance, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership or service centre environment.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and company standards, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on vehicles
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and equipment
Carry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair or maintenance needs
Complete job cards, inspection reports,



and service documentation accurately
Ensure all work complies with WHS and industry regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and workshop supervisors
Participate in ongoing technical training when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
Trade qualification inAutomotive Mechanical Technology(Certificate III or equivalent)
Minimum2 years' post-trade experienceas an Automotive Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
ValidAustralian Driver's Licence
Full Australian working rights (PR / Citizen / Valid Work Visa)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Desirable
Experience working in a dealership environment
Exposure toEV / Hybrid vehicles(training can be provided)
Current Air Conditioning (ARC) licence
Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) accreditation
Experience with diagnostic software and electronic systems
