PANGAAT Indian Restaurant & Bar in Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast is looking for a Full-Time Cook to join our friendly and passionate team.
Position: Full-Time Cook (Preparation & Kitchen Operations)
Location: Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast QLD
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cook to assist with:
✅ Food preparation and mise en place
✅ Preparing ingredients and maintaining stock levels
✅ Cooking and plating dishes as per restaurant standards
✅ Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
✅ Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
