To meet the demands of our business, we are seeking experiencedEnrolled Nursesto work on aCasual basisat our Transitional Care site, located in Kingsley
Brightwater Kingsleyhas 41 transition care beds.
Our Transition Care Program (TCP) is designed to provide short term accommodation for older people straight after their discharge from hospital.
This is a fast-paced workplace
The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, working alongside registered nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration staff.
Together, we deliver high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.
The Opportunity
Join our team on a casual basis with PM shifts from3:00pm to 10:15pm.
We're looking for someone who is flexible and available to work a mix of weekdays and weekends.
About You
You bring compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to person-centred care.
Your role will involve delivering safe, respectful, and individualized support that aligns with each resident's personal values and preferences.
This includes:
Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care
Supporting nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
Facilitating mobility and providing wound care
Encouraging companionship and social engagement




You will also take ownership of specialist clinical portfolios, which may include
Continence and nutrition/weight management
Wound and falls management
Behaviours of concern and pain management
Medication administration and infection control
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
NDIS Clearance
A minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care and hospital experience
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
