As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Group Head of People, you'll partner with operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions that support performance, compliance and employee engagement.
This is a true business partnering role where you'll build trusted relationships, coach leaders and influence business outcomes across your allocated portfolio.
About the role
As the HR Business Partner, you will:
Partner with managers to provide strategic and operational HR advice.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations.
Provide advice on employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Support organisational change, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop practical people solutions that balance commercial outcomes with compliance.
Prepare employment documentation, HR reporting and workforce metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the People & Culture function.
Promote a positive safety culture and support workplace wellbeing initiatives.
About you
To be successful, you will bring:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources,



Business or a related discipline.
At least five years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or senior generalist HR role.
Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters, investigations and performance management.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance business objectives with people outcomes.
Experience using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero experience highly regarded) and Applicant Tracking Systems such as JobAdder will be advantageous.
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, mining or defence industries will be highly regarded.
