The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily site operations across commercial projects
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers,



and site personnel
Monitoring construction programmes to ensure project milestones are achieved
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, and clients throughout project delivery
Conducting site meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections
Managing site logistics, programming, and defect rectification
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
