Base salary of $80,000 + super

Key Responsibilities
Conducting assessments with support from senior clinicians
Delivering individualised therapy within the clinic and community
Developing therapy plans tailored to each client's goals
Monitoring client progress and adapting intervention strategies
Collaborating with families, educators and other professionals
Working across areas including speech, language, literacy, fluency, social communication, AAC and early intervention, with opportunities to explore your clinical interests
Participating in regular supervision, mentoring and professional development to continually build your confidence and capability as a Speech Pathologist
Essential Criteria
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Eligible for or current Certified Practising Membership with SPA
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Current Working Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care
Eagerness to learn, grow and work within a supportive team
