Are you an experienced Mobilisation Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping people, systems and projects running seamlessly?
FMS Group is looking for a highly organised Mobilisation Administrator to join our West Coast team based in our Welshpool office.

About the Role
Reporting to the West Coast Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring employees are mobilised efficiently, compliantly and on time across multiple client sites.
Working closely with Recruitment, Coordinators, Operations and our field workforce, you'll manage mobilisation requirements, maintain employee records and ensure all site compliance obligations are met.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As Mobilisation Administrator, you will:
Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for employees across multiple WA mining sites
Maintain compliance across client onboarding requirements and site systems
Liaise with employees, coordinators and operational teams to ensure mobilisation deadlines
Book and coordinate medicals, inductions, training, travel and accommodation as required
Monitor and maintain mobilisation documentation and expiry requirements
Provide administrative support to the wider Operations team
Assist with continuous improvement of mobilisation processes and systems
About You




We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administration and customer service.
You'll bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a mobilisation or high-volume administration role
Previous experience within the mining, resources or industrial sector
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Experience using mobilisation platforms such as Pegasus, TOKN, HiBob, Enable, INX, ERMS or similar systems (highly regarded)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current Australian working rights
Current C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport
