A new phase of production is ramping up at the Mt Carlton Gold Mine, located 150kms south-east of Charters Towers.
Our client is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters with strong heavy mobile plant exposure to build a strong maintenance team to drive fleet reliability on site.

Responsibilities:
You'll be working across a mining mobile fleet, carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
Breakdown diagnostics and fault finding
Component change-outs and repairs
Hydraulic, engine, transmission and driveline work
Accurate completion of maintenance reporting
Experience:
Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter or Mobile Plant Mechanic
Proven experience on mining mobile plant
Strong knowledge of CAT, Hitachi and Liebherr equipment
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
Commitment to safety and team culture
