Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair a wide range of agricultural, feedlot and plant equipment
Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs
Manage and organise your own workshop
Plan and prioritise your workload to keep operations running efficiently
Carry out preventative maintenance
Communicate and coordinate with another mechanic when required
Maintain a clean,



safe and organised workshop
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Qualified mechanic or experienced bush mechanic
Experience in maintaining agricultural machinery, trucks and plant equipment
Able to work independently and confidently manage your own workload
Naturally organised with solid time management skills
Practical thinker with the initiative to identify and solve problems
Reliable, hands-on and willing to hook in when needed
Strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
Current driver's licence
