About the position
The Change Lead provides expert advice and support to deliverICT PMO–aligned change management across Council's ICT andtechnology-enabled transformation programs.
Operating as a seniorspecialist within the ICT environment, the role delivers end-to-endchange management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance tosupport business improvement initiatives aligned with Council'sgoals and objectives.
The position plays a pivotal role in enablingand embedding successful change associated with the replacement orenhancement of major technology systems, digital services, andICT-led programs, ensuring alignment with agreed PMO frameworks,delivery methodologies, and governance processes.
This is a fixed term full-time position based in theToowoomba CBD until July ****,



with a possible extension.
The annual salary range for this position is $116,****** -$123,****** gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loadingand up to *****% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position
Possess a combination of qualifications, expertise andexperience which will enable you to successfully perform therole.
Project management experience, including frameworks,processes, procedures and work practices.
Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-endorganisational change, in particular technology-driventransformation.
Effective leadership and stakeholder management.
Highly developed oral and written communication andcustomer service skills.
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
Commitment to accountability.
