About the Venues:
We're looking for a passionate, creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team, responsible for marketing execution acrossTowradgi Beach Hotel, Pepe's on the Beach, Unanderra Hotel and The Campbell,within the Oscars Group's portfolio.
Together, these venues offer a diverse hospitality experience across food and beverage, restaurants, bars, entertainment, events, gaming and local community engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of established venues and play a key role in strengthening their individual brands, driving visitation and creating engaging experiences for guests.
About the Role:
Reporting to the senior marketing leadership, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives across the four venues, with a strong focus on food & beverage, venue activations and brand development.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have ownership of campaigns from concept through to execution, working across digital marketing, social media, PR, content creation, events, activations, promotions, websites, analytics and brand management.
You'll be a commercially minded marketer who understands hospitality and knows how to turn great food, drinks, entertainment and venue experiences into engaging campaigns.
You'll be creative, proactive and highly organised, with the confidence to manage multiple venues, campaigns, stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: This role will work across Towradgi Beach Hotel, Pepe's on the Beach, Unanderra Hotel and The Campbell, so regular travel between venues will be required.
Occasional weekend work may also be required to support venue events, activations, content creation, promotional campaigns and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, visitation, engagement and revenue across the venue portfolio
• Plan and deliver strategic marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, PR, advertising and in-venue channels
• Develop and promote restaurant, bar and food & beverage campaigns, offers and seasonal initiatives
• Support venue events, activations, launches and promotional campaigns from concept through to execution
• Create compelling marketing content including social media, EDMs, photography, video and promotional collateral
• Manage social media presence, content calendars and community engagement across relevant venue channels
• Coordinate content creation, media opportunities, influencer partnerships and local marketing initiatives
• Support the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen each venue's identity and market position
• Support the launch and marketing of new food & beverage concepts, menus, promotions and venue activations
• Brief and manage external agencies, designers, photographers and other marketing partners where required
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance using platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other reporting tools
• Manage marketing budgets, reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to maximise ROI
• Maintain venue listings, digital profiles and online content to ensure information remains current and engaging
• Collaborate with venue management, chefs, F&B; teams and wider marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities that strengthen the venues' brands and support commercial objectives
About You:
• 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, entertainment or lifestyle brands
• Proven experience planning, executing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns
• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles including social media, paid advertising, email marketing and content strategy
• Experience developing food, beverage, restaurant, event or promotional campaigns
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple venues, campaigns and deadlines
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across venue teams and external partners
• Commercially minded with a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, entertainment and creating campaigns that drive measurable results
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
