Do you love being the person who makes everything run smoothly, and the one who makes a great first impression?
Lifts for Life is looking for a Showroom & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Albion Park Rail.
We install and service home lifts across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, South Coast and Canberra region, helping families invest in their homes for the long term and stay safely and confidently in the homes they love.
We're growing fast, and we need someone brilliant at both sales support and hosting our showroom to help us keep up.
What You'll Be Doing
Being the friendly first point of contact for enquiries — by phone, email and in person
Supporting our sales team by preparing and following up quotes so nothing slips through the cracks
Hosting visitors to our showroom — walk-ins, appointments, builders and designers alike — and showing off our display lifts with confidence
Keeping our CRM and job system up to date and accurate
Ensuring every client feels informed and looked after,
from first enquiry through to their lift being handed over
What We're Looking For
A natural communicator who's just as comfortable on the phone as greeting someone at the door
Someone organised, reliable, and calm when it gets busy
A people person who can present a premium product with confidence — our clients range from homeowners and developers to families navigating big life changes, and we want someone who brings warmth as well as polish
Experience in sales support, admin, customer service or showroom/retail is a bonus, but attitude and reliability matter more
Familiarity with Claude IA would be outstanding, but a willingness to learn is essential0
Why Join Us
We're a close-knit, family-built business doing meaningful, quality-driven work.
You'll be backed by a team that genuinely has each other's backs, with real room to grow as we do.
