If so, we're seeking compassionate and committed Support Workers who can bring their enthusiasm, attention to detail and genuine care to this role.
About the Role
You'll be supporting a young man with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, complex health needs including epilepsy, mitochondrial disorder, and chronic lung disease.
Despite these challenges, his life is centred aroundfamily, connection, and enjoying the moments that matter.
It's a rewarding opportunity to be part of a warm, welcoming, and professional team who are deeply committed to providing exceptional care and creating a positive, engaging environment.
Shifts will begin with day and evening work, with training and development to progress into 3- 4 active night shifts per week.
(Availability for active night shifts are a must).
Competitively aligned with theSCHADS Awardyour earning potential can sit at $61 p/h + super for weeknight active shifts.
Casual loadings apply to weekends and public holidays
Training and ongoing developmentwill be provided to the right candidates so don't be discouraged if you don't have all the exact experience and requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care and complex health support
Supporting daily activities and meaningful engagement
Administering medication and following care plans
Completing documentation and clinical notes
Working collaboratively to achieve goals within a committed and experienced team
Experience & Requirements
Experience supporting people with disability, complex care needs, or relevant hands on experience as a carer in any setting (including family/primary caregiving)
Qualification (or working towards) in Disability, Health, Nursing, or similar
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
