have fun doing it and reflect this in their working relationships.Responsibilities:The Intermediate or Senior Accountant will be primarily responsible for assisting Managers with tax consulting and tax compliance needs of our client base ranging from SME businesses to multinational groups.In addition to the general tax compliance engagements, you will also assist with:Drafting complex letters of advice ranging from SME issues to international tax mattersAssisting with due diligence engagements and other aspects of M&A; transactionsAssisting with tax restructures and related advice workPreparation of tax effect accounting calculations and income tax returnsIndirect and employment tax advice workPreparation of Fringe Benefits Tax returnsAs an intermediate or senior accountant, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior staff members as a part of the broader engagement team.You will have:A Business, Commerce or Law DegreeCA Qualified/ Tax Institute (CTA) accreditation or working towards3+ years taxation compliance and consulting experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to draft complex letters of advice, reports and other client documents, ability to undertake analysis and support conclusions.Exposure to tax effect accounting, small business CGT advice and international tax matters would be an advantage.Please email your cover letter and resume to our talent acquisition specialist Georgina Youssef at ******
