About the Position
The City of Bayswater's Community Facilities team are currently
recruiting for multiple opportunities across our recreation
centres.
Current roles available include casual Recreation
Attendants and Customer Service Officers.
Customer Service Officer
As a Customer Service Officer you will the first point of
contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including
residents, ratepayers, and members of the general public.
You'll
play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and
administrative support across our recreation facilities.
We're seeking individuals who are energetic, personable, and
genuinely passionate about supporting our community.
Your friendly
approach and commitment to excellent service will help create a
welcoming experience for all facility users.
Recreation Attendant
As a Recreation Attendant you will be responsible for providing
a high level of customer service in our Recreation Centres the RISE
and The Morley Sport and Recreation Centre.
Under the direction
from the Stadium Team Leader, this role has wide responsibility of
the operations of the facility including front reception general
enquiries, setting up for functions and sports programs and
activities and other operational duties.
You will also be able to
lead and manage emergency evacuation procedures of the facility,
ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons and staff.
To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic and show
a genuine interest in providing high quality customer service
working independently and as part of a team.
A current First Aid Certificate and current Resuscitation
Certificate are essential for this role.

The role of Customer Service Officer has an associated hourly
rate of $***** (adult rate) plus super, inclusive of 25% casual
loading
The role of Recreation Attendant has an associated hourly rate
of $*****,
plus super, inclusive of 25% casual loading
