We're looking for an energetic and motivated person to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Distribution Centres in Stapylton, Townsville and Darwin.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the DC's operate safely, efficiently and deliver an outstanding experience for both our customers and team members.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in inspiring team by coordinating warehouse operations targets, logistics and safety while providing leadership and support to the team across all sites.
You'll be equally comfortable working on the warehouse floor and managing the administrative functions that keep the operation running smoothly.
When the Distribution Centre Manager is away, you'll confidently step into the leadership role and ensure the site continues to operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day leadership of the Distribution Centre team.
Lead by example and foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
Assist with receiving, picking, dispatch and general warehouse operations.
Coordinate workflow to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare operational reports and analyse warehouse performance.
Assist with rostering, labour planning and timesheet approvals.
Support inventory accuracy and stock control processes.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Coach and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Availability
