Job Description
As our Warehouse Operations Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining a clean, organised and effective workplace.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend the majority of your time in the warehouse.
You'll be involved in receiving stock, picking and packing orders, inventory management and continually improving the way we operate.
You'll work closely with our operations, customer service and sales teams to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and our warehouse runs efficiently every day.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse OperationsReceive and check incoming deliveries and shipping containers.
Accurately pick, pack and dispatch wholesale and eCommerce orders.
Process customer returns and warranty stock.
Replenish picking locations.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
Inventory ManagementMaintain high inventory accuracy.
Complete regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored.
Maintain warehouse locations and stock organisation.
Systems & Process ImprovementUse our warehouse management system and barcode scanners daily.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.




Assist in improving warehouse layout and workflow.
Reduce picking errors and improve dispatch performance.
Help develop and maintain warehouse procedures and standards.
About You
You enjoy being organised, take pride in your work and like improving systems and processes.
You are reliable, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Experience with inventory control and stock management.
Strong attention to detail.
Good computer skills and confidence learning current systems.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a small team.
A positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve the way things are done.
Experience with warehouse management software such as Cin7 or similar is advantageous but not essential.
