LRG Fencing Group is seeking anexperienced Limestone Blocklayer / Team Leaderto join our growing team.
This isnot an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a crew, deliver high-quality retaining wall projects, and maintain productivity and safety on site.
If you take pride in your workmanship, lead by example, and have extensive experience constructing limestone retaining walls, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading a team on residential and commercial retaining wall projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
The successful applicant will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while maintaining excellent communication with management and clients.
Essential Requirements
Extensive experience constructing limestone block retaining walls.
Proven experience leading and managing a site crew.
Current HR Driver's Licence (essential).
Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.
Strong understanding of site set-out, levels and retaining wall construction.
Ability to organise labour, equipment and materials to maximise productivity.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.




Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make decisions on site.
White Card (Construction Induction Card).
Ability to operate machinery and plant (highly regarded).
Reliable, punctual and motivated with a solid work ethic.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and supervise retaining wall construction crews.
Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate construction.
Set out jobs and ensure works are completed to specification.
Coordinate daily site activities and maintain workflow.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
Maintain a safe and compliant worksite.
Liaise with supervisors, clients and subcontractors when required.
Train and mentor team members.
Complete projects on time while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
