MEDLOG are seeking Payroll Officer in a permanent full-time role.
The suitable candidate for this role would be based at our Dockland Office.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager your key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Partner with Human Resources and Finance to ensure effective functioning of the payroll process and continuous development of processes
Provide advice to HR on payroll procedures and practices
Coordinate the accurate and efficient processing of the weekly / monthly and any ad hoc payrolls
Ensure the correct payment of salary, wages and entitlements to all employees with an understanding of relevant agreements, awards and legislative provisions




Support the wider projects and plans and drive business transformation as we move into the MEDLOG Australia ways of working
What you can offer:
Experience as a Payroll Officer and solid understanding of payroll functions, awards, enterprise agreements and legislation
Experience with ADP Payforce and Realtime or other ADP payroll applications is preferrable but not essential
Experience with ADP and Realtime is preferrable but not essential
Ability to build robust relationships and engage a variety of levels of stakeholders
Ability to take ownership of projects and operate autonomously, whilst also being able to work as a part of a collaborative team
Attention on details, flexibility and adaptability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
