We specialise in the repair, servicing and calibration of electronic injectors and mid to large range common rail fuel injection systems for a range of diesel engine applications.
We also supply truck engine parts, diagnostic tools, software, electrical connectors and related accessories for diesel engine platforms including Cat, Cummins, Detroit and Mack.
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Diesel Motor Mechanic / Diesel Fuel Injection Specialist to join our team.

Task & responsibilities Serve as a senior technical lead for Diesel Injection Fuel Systems specifically for Heavy Duty and Large Engine applications, providing expert knowledge on diagnostics, repair and servicing of injectors, fuel pumps and related components.
Provide deep-dive troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, testing, calibration, and oversight for Common Rail and Modular Common Rail Systems (MCRS) in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Review and refine existing diagnostic and repair procedures.
Identify technical bottlenecks, and optimise workshop efficiency by applying technical expertise.




Contribute to operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives that support service capability expansion and business growth.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, testing procedures and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that facilitate company scaling and consistent service delivery.
Manage and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
Maintain quality output and ensure all deliverables meet rigorous industry standards.
Monitor developments in diesel fuel injection systems and lead initiatives to implement improved diagnostic methods, testing procedures and repair techniques, as well as new product offerings and component solutions for newer generations of engines and advanced fuel systems.
Qualification & experience We are seeking a results-driven professional with more than 10 years of experience and deep technical roots in Diesel Injection Fuel Systems to lead our technical operations.
Certificate III in Automotive Diesel Engine Technology or equivalent is preferred.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical and scalable workshop operations.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the lifecycle of Common Rail and MCRS technologies while simplifying workflows to drive efficiency and team performance.
Essential skills for this role: Mastery of Diesel Injection Systems for Heavy Duty/Large Engines.
Expert-level understanding of Common Rail and MCRS architecture.
Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics, testing, repair and calibration of diesel fuel injection components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Demonstrated skills to research, test, and implement advanced systems and repair techniques and products for newer engine technologies.
Proven ability to design, document, and implement highly efficient workflows.
