About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
Deliver warm, professional service to every customer
Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
Drive sales by creating exceptional in-store experiences
Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation
Process sales through POS and handle customer transactions
Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering store goals
About You
Previous retail sales or other sales experience essential
A genuine passion for homewares, interiors, and lifestyle products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences
Reliable, positive, and flexible to work across weekends and retail hours
Team player with a hands-on approach to store operations
