Foundara Care is a Victorian in-home aged care provider helping older Australians live safely and independently in the homes they love.
We're looking for a warm, well-connected person to introduce our services to their local community — on your own schedule, alongside your existing work, study or family commitments.
What you'll do
Visit local pharmacies, community centres, seniors' groups, churches and cultural organisations to share what we do
Have honest, no-pressure conversations with older people and their families about the support available to them
Pass interested enquiries to our team, who take care of everything from there
What you'll bring
Genuine connections in Melbourne's north, east or south-east — you're someone people already know and trust
A warm,



respectful communication style; experience in aged care, community services or multicultural/faith communities is highly regarded
An ABN (or willingness to get one — it's free and takes minutes) and a current police check
Your own transport
How you're paid
You receive a success fee of$200–$500 for every clientwho commences ongoing services through your introduction — uncapped, with the fee scaling to the level of care each client receives.
This is a results-based independent contractor engagement, not a salaried or hourly position: it rewards genuine community connection and suits someone seeking flexible extra income, not a primary wage.
