We are seeking a Supplier's Representative specialized in the dual roles of Project Manager and Change Champion to lead a large-scale, multi-year enterprise technology transition within local government in Ayr, Queensland.

This professional will be responsible for the end-to-end management of core system modernizations, collaborating closely with multi-vendor, client, and internal teams, while serving as the primary driver for change management and end-user empowerment.
Key Requirements:Skilled Certification: Active project management certification (PRINCE2 or PMP).
TechnologyOne Expertise: Proven experience managing TechnologyOne Ci-to-CiA transitions and a deep functional understanding of the Property & Rating (P&R;) modules.Industry Experience: Solid background in Property & Rating operations specifically within a local government context.Complex Project Management: A strong track record of delivering large-scale, multi-year enterprise implementations involving complex multi-vendor ecosystems.Control Frameworks: Practical mastery of risk, issue, and dependency management, RAID logs, and formal change control processes.Language & Legal Compliance: Professional proficiency in English and full compliance with the necessary legal criteria to work or provide services in Australia.Mobility & Onsite Presence: Full availability to travel and work onsite in Ayr during critical and defining milestones of the project lifecycle.




Candidate Profile:Outstanding ability to engage and articulate clearly with diverse stakeholders, ranging from executive steering committees to operational staff and end users.An analytical, resilient, and proactive mindset focused on risk mitigation and conflict resolution in high-pressure, multi-vendor environments.Have the ability to work professionally in English;Be available to travel to Ayr during critical phases;Meet the applicable legal requirements to work or provide services in Australia;Demonstrate knowledge of the Australian local government context, specifically in the area of Property & Rating;
