We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our luxury showroom.
Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a small team, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure smooth store operations.
Job Requirements
2-3 years' experience in luxury retail or a premium customer service setting.
Proven sales success with the ability to lead by example.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM and retail systems.
Jewellery or gemmology qualifications (GIA, JAA or similar) are advantageous.
Available to work weekends and peak trading periods.
Job Responsibilities




Support and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Deliver personalised, consultative sales experiences for every client.
Assist with daily operations including rosters, stock management, training, and health & safety.
Coach team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
Process bespoke orders and manage customer enquiries using CRM systems.
Handle customer escalations professionally and maintain exceptional service standards.
Act as Store Manager when required.
