The OpportunityWe are currently seeking an RTO Administrator who is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the training team members utilising HIA's operating systems.This role assists in the administration of contractual requirements for funding and grant opportunities to meet both budget targets and operational requirements.
This role is a full time permanent opportunity located in any of our Australian offices.
The RoleThe RTO Administrator provides operational and administrative support by ensuring the compliant data entry, record keeping and reporting of student enrolments and HIA courses as per ASQA, HIA and Funding contract requirements.
This position will ideally suit someone who can operate with a reasonable amount of autonomy, initiative, and independent decision-making.
Key duties of this role are:Ensure customer service standards are being achieved and exceeded at all timesMaintain and update VETtrak with all HIA student course requirements.Create compliant and accurate data entry for student enrolments, funding contracts, resulting, attendance, scheduling, invoicing, award issuanceMonitor HIA website to ensure currency and complianceComplete accurate monthly funding uploads to ensure payment of fundsCommunicate effectively with national training team to ensure prompt rectification of identified non-compliances
The Successful Person will haveRTO administration experienceStrong skills in Microsoft office suiteExperience in the use of student management systems eg.
VETtrakCertificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desirableUnderstanding of ASQA standards + RTO compliance highly desirableStrong focus on customer service
