The Role
* Prepare and present quality meals across bistro, sports bar and functions.
* Work alongside an experienced Head Chef and kitchen team.
* Maintain high food safety and quality standards.
* Contribute to daily specials and menu ideas.
About You
* Qualified Chef with commercial kitchen experience.




* Reliable, organised and passionate about great food.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
* Available to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
