We are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Manager to join our growing team, in a full-time capacity:
About the role:
Managing and scheduling a small garden maintenance team.
Coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
Preparing project handover documentation and maintenance reports.
Overseeing the procurement and sourcing of plants and garden materials.
Performing hands-on garden maintenance and horticultural works,



spending approximately two days per week working within gardens.
Identifying plants and monitoring plant health to maintain thriving landscapes.
Planting, transplanting, pruning, mulching, weeding and fertilising gardens as required.
Applying horticultural expertise to support garden development and ongoing maintenance programs.
Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicles are maintained and operated safely.
About you:
Proven experience in a garden maintenance leadership or management role
Qualified in Horticulture (essential)
Strong plant knowledge and identification
Experience management and coordinating staff and work schedules
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
Sound knowledge of horticulture and soft landscaping practices
Drivers licence
