My Place Foundation is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to provide hands-on support, supervision and mentoring for a 4-year-old girl in her own home.
The role involves intimate personal care and night awake shifts, based in both home and community settings.
Ideal candidates will have trauma-informed experience with youth, contribute to positive behaviour support plans, and hold/obtain required checks (WWC, NDIS modules, Worker Screening).
Permanent or casual arrangements negotiable.
