Currently, we have two permanent, full-time opportunities for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join the Customer & Community team as Concession & Conveyancing Services Support Officers.
About the role:
The Concessions team facilitate the entire back end of the Concessions process and act as an administrative authority for the state of Western Australia, working with both customers and external stakeholders to ensure customers concession rebates are reviewed and processed correctly.
Our Conveyancing team transfers ownership of properties at the point of sale, ensuring settlement agents are provided with up-to-date billing and customer information and organises meter readings for change of tenancy and ownership.
We engage with our customers to explain settlement accounts and are responsible for the accurate maintenance of customer records.
The successful candidates will be working within these workstreams.
Due to the training involved in the work streams, you will be required to be primarily office based, to gain competency.

What the role will involve:
The ability to increase your skills and knowledge across challenging streams of work
An opportunity to work in a dynamic team and create recent networks
Supporting critical processes for some of our largest customer groups – Concession holders, Settlement agents and new homeowners
The opportunity to flex your attention to detail skills
Process pensioner/senior concession applications and cancellations
Action and resolve anomalies/rejections arising from Settlement Agents conveyancing requests and queries
Key skills and experience:
Great attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and skilled in data entry.
Knowledge of property settlement and conveyancing requirements
Knowledge of government concession cards and rebates
Skilled in delivery of billing practices, management and maintenance of customer records and the application of financial adjustments.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
Ability to easily work across multiple applications and screens to complete tasks
Well-developed organisational and planning skills to achieve work targets
