The Opportunity
As a Support Centre Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for Workskills, providing a professional and welcoming experience for Participants, employers, stakeholders and internal teams.
Working within our busy Support Centre, you'll manage a high volume of inbound calls, assist Participants with appointment bookings and enquiries, and provide accurate administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our employment services programs.
This dynamic,



computer-based role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
You'll work across multiple systems, maintain accurate records, and play an important role in delivering timely, compliant and customer-focused services.
If you enjoy building rapport, solving problems and making a positive difference with every interaction, this could be the perfect role for you.
About you
Experience working in a customer service or call centre environment
Self-motivated, with sound organisational and time management skills
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
Confidence to verbally communicate with empathy, identify customer needs and provide solutions
Excellent written skills with high attention to detail to confidently record client information into database systems
Commitment to ensuring confidentiality
The ability to problem solve on the go and work within a busy team
