What does the job look like?
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Somerton.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.
You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, building capability, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving initiatives that enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
Key areas:
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to achieve safety, service and cost
Manage team performance, productivity and KPI delivery
Build strong relationships with operational leaders, customers and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes
Ensure safety incidents are appropriately reported, investigated and addressed
Lead operational planning, resource management and daily site execution
Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Linfox value
Are you the one?
You have leadership experience within a warehouse environment and are looking to further develop your career in operations management.
You lead by example, build strong teams,



and have a track record of delivering results while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service and continuous improvement.
You can demonstrate:
People leadership experience within a warehouse environment
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with both customers and internal teams
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
The resilience and agility to perform in a energetic operational environment
