TAFE Queensland Gold Coast are seeking an industry skilled to contribute to developing and delivering quality learning services to a wide range of clients.
This is a casual role based at Coomera Creative Campus; however, you may be required to perform work at other TAFE Queensland campuses.
As the Short Course Facilitator, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining currency with industry practices; As the content expert, take ownership of the delivery of your non-accredited courses.
Working in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
This position reports to the Short Course Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Display teaching competence and confidence in leading your classroom and students throughout the duration of the course.
Deliver the course Face to Face on campus.
Develop and maintain course resources for students.
Utilise various resources and adapt to meet your students' learning needs throughout the course duration.
Develop effective working relationships with students.
Ensure that students develop and practice accepted safety procedures in a learning environment.
Model and actively promote an ethical and safe work environment that supports a culture of zero harm and best practice regarding health, safety, wellness and sustainability.
Mandatory Requirements
High level of AutoCAD knowledge and experience
Highly Desirable Requirements
TAE***** - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
