About the role
Forty Winks Victor Harbor is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Victor Harbor, SA.
This is a Fulltime position, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading home furnishings brand.

What you'll be doing
Providing a warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer experience to all visitors to our store
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offering tailored product recommendations
Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our diverse range of furniture, bedding and home decor products
Closing sales effectively by overcoming objections and guiding customers towards purchasing decisions
Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment
Supporting store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the home furnishings or retail industry
Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience required
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in retail industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about our diverse range of furniture, bedding and home decor products




A cooperative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work well with others
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, energetic and friendly demeanour
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen with full working rights
Must hold Australian permanent residency status
