We're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service across our residential and commercial product range.

This is a full time position.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for safely and professionally carrying out warranty and chargeable service work across our full suite of products, including:
Gas ducted heating.
Evaporative cooling.
Refrigerated HVAC systems.
Your day-to-day will include:
Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems in homes and businesses.
Providing outstanding customer service at every visit.
Maintaining van stock and using our cloud-based platform for job logging.
Upholding strong safety standards for yourself, your team, and our customers.
What You'll Bring
A relevant trade qualification.
(Plumber Gasfitter, Electrician, or Refrigeration Mechanic)
Restricted Electrical Licence.
(Desired)
Current C class driver's licence.
Proven experience in gas appliance repair, HVAC installation, and customer service (Highly desired).
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication, time management,



and the ability to work independently.
Clear and accurate documentation skills.
