Who You Are
You are a reliable, hardworking hospitality professional who enjoys working in a team environment and understands the importance of delivering quality service within aged care.




You bring:
• Minimum6 months' recent Australian aged care experience(essential)
• Willingness to work across different aged care facilities
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
• Morning availability (essential)
• Drivers are strongly preferred due to multiple facility locations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• Current National Police Check
• Current Flu Vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccinations
Key Duties
Food Services Assistants & Assistant Cooks
• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and meal service
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Chefs & Cooks
• Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements
• Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
• Assist with menu preparation and kitchen operations
Cleaners
• Clean resident rooms and communal areas
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection prevention
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
Laundry Assistants
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and linen
• Maintain laundry hygiene standards
• Ensure efficient linen management
Tasks & Responsibilities




• Deliver high-quality hospitality services within aged care environments
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and infection control standards
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with facility staff and residents
• Provide professional, respectful, and compassionate service
• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming setting
