We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focusedAftercare Consultantto join our growing team.
Previous experience in an aftermarket role is not essential—we are prepared to train the right person.
What matters most is your attitude, professionalism and your ability to build genuine relationships with customers.
About the Role
Working closely with our Sales and Business Management teams, you will present a range of aftercare products and services designed to enhance and protect our customers' vehicle ownership experience.
You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping customers choose products that best suit their individual needs.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete all documentation.

Experience in automotive aftermarket sales or the motor industry would be an advantage, however it is not essential.
