#### Position Summary
The Warehouse All-Rounder will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
This versatile position requires an individual capable of managing various tasks, including inventory management, customer service, and product assembly.
#### Key Responsibilities
-Receiving and Checking Products:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of products against shipping documents.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
-Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls, assist customers with inquiries, and take orders over the phone.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Data Management:
- Collect and provide necessary data to the finance team for invoicing purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions to ensure proper stock levels.
-Logistics Support:
- Assist with the delivery and pickup of goods, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries as needed.
-Product Assembly:
- Assemble and disassemble mobility and lifestyle products according to specifications.
- Ensure all products are in working order and ready for customer use.
-Reordering Support:
- Communicate with clients regarding product reordering and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering products as necessary.
#### Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed (Operating forklift).
