Requirements
The Senior Applications Specialist is a valued member of the Information Management - Applications Team, undertaking analysis, maintenance and support services across core business application systems, and system related projects.
You will provide specialist expertise to ensure the performance, availability and reliability of ICT Applications.
You would be the key escalation point for application queries, and a key conduit between system project implementation and second level systems support queries.
You will also review current and future specifications within the applications, reporting back on efficiencies and upcoming projects of benefit to AWH and its end users.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to apply this across technical and non-technical aspects of the positionProficient in 'problem root-cause analysis' and 'long-term solution identification'Experience providing applications support including:Incident resolutionRequest fulfilment Change managment and implementationUser guides and specifications documentation creationFamililarity with the ITIL framework will be an advantageDemonstrated ability to undertake system design across broad technology stacks, circumstances such as:Azure hybrid environmentLegacy and bespoke healthcare applicationsBe a team player able to collaborate effectively and particpate actively
