THE ROLE
Our Forrestdale Fulfilment Centre is the engine driving the delivery of the right products to our customers quickly and accurately.
As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations — from inbound to dispatch — while leading and developing a small, hands-on team.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into team leadership while staying operationally involved.
You'll report directly to the Logistics Manager and play a key role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and a great team culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day inbound, pick, pack, and dispatch operations at our Forrestdale warehouse.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of 4–5 pick-packers, including recruitment and performance evaluations in conjunction with the Logistics Manager
Be hands-on with operational tasks — this role requires active participation alongside team leadership.
Develop and implement processes to optimise warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and uphold high standards of stock integrity.




Coordinate with transport partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging repairs and maintenance as needed.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of all outgoing orders.
Conduct regular stock counts and stocktakes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including supervising or leading a small team.
Experience with WMS platforms such as Cin7, NetSuite, Shopify, or similar.
Current High-Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF); reach truck experience is a plus.
Current driver's licence.
Comfortable with physical tasks including picking, packing, and forklift operation.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in an online fulfilment centre setting is advantageous.
