Our portfolio includes Dune Main Beach, Cascade Robina and South Beach Surfers Paradise.
We're seeking aGraphic Designer / Assistant Marketingto support the creative and marketing delivery of our residential developments.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their career with strong design skills and an interest in property, architecture or luxury brands.
What you'll be doing
Designing marketing collateral including brochures, floor plans, digital ads, social media content and EDMs
Preparing artwork for print and digital
Updating existing templates and project materials
Assisting with website and social content updates
Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
Supporting marketing campaigns across digital, print and social channels
Preparing sales and presentation material
Assisting with marketing collateral for launches, inspections and events
Collaborate with external videographers and photographers to produce high-quality content, including shoot planning, scriptwriting, creative direction, graphic overlays and post-production feedback
About you
Qualification or study inGraphic Design, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experiencein a graphic design or marketing role
Strong skills inAdobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
Ability to follow brand guidelines and take direction
Interest in design-led property or luxury brands
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
