MTA was named **** Large Training Provider of the Year, and we're looking for a friendly, organised team player to join our admin team in a front-line role supporting students, apprentices, and members through their training and employment journey.
About Us:The Motor Trade Association Training and Employment Centre is the peak training organisation for the automotive industry, training **** apprentices and trainees.
We have an excellent reputation as both a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a Group Training Organisation (GTO) within the Motor Industry.
We deliver nationally accredited training to both apprentices and automotive technicians in a range of qualifications under the VET Quality Framework.
We also employ over 400 apprentices through our GTO.
About the Position:In this full-time position, you will provide front-line and administrative support to the Training and Employment Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-of-house reception and customer service support
Manage student attendance, records, and communication
Support enrolments, onboarding, and student administration
Coordinate scheduling, training notifications, and documentation
Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries
Maintain accurate data across multiple systems
Support day-to-day operations across Student Services
Key Selection Criteria
Professional, approachable, and highly organised
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
Team player with excellent communication skills
Experience in RTO administration a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with VETRAK and LMS systems a plus
