$168,****** per annum + 12% superannuation
Full time, ongoing opportunity
Wadawurrung/Geelong based role (hybrid – 3 days in office)
About the opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape enterprise-wide organisational development at WorkSafe.
As the Organisational Development (OD) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering and evaluating strategies that strengthen culture, leadership and organisational performance enabling WorkSafe to achieve its strategic priorities.
Leading a team of OD specialists, you will drive initiatives across leadership capability, organisational culture, employee voice, engagement and performance.
Working closely with Executives, Senior Leaders and People & Culture Business Partners, you'll influence how leaders lead, how culture is experienced and how employee insights translate into meaningful, measurable improvements across the organisation.
Key accountabilities
Lead, coach and developa high-performing team of OD professionals to design and deliver contemporary organisational development initiatives
Drive enterprise-wide leadership capabilityuplift, embedding consistent, values-based leadership expectations across all levels
Partner with Learning & Capability & Diversity and Inclusion teamsto develop programs that are culturally aligned, focused on accountability, inclusion and high performance
Provide trusted, expert adviceto Executives, Senior Leaders and key stakeholders on culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness
Lead organisation-wide culturediagnostics and reviews to identify and address systemic challenges and opportunities
Oversee WorkSafe's employee listening strategy, including the People Matter Survey and other engagement forums such as focus groups




Strengthen mechanismsfor continuous employee feedback and ensure insights inform decision-making
Develop frameworks and resourcesthat translate survey outcomes into tangible, impactful action plans
Deliver executive-level reporting and insightson engagement, culture and organisational health, identifying trends, risks and opportunities

About you
You are a strategic and influential leader with a passion for driving organisational culture and leadership capability in complex environments.
You will bring
Significant experience leading enterprise-wide leadership and culture initiatives within a large, complex organisation
Deep expertise in employee engagement strategies, workforce listening and survey analytics
Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and systems
Proven ability to lead and develop specialist teams to deliver impactful outcomes
A commitment to inclusive leadership, role modelling WorkSafe's values and fostering a respectful, accountable and high performing culture
Highly developed analytical, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects in a agile workplace
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in a similar field such as Organisational Psychology,



Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline
