Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, ensuring quality specifications are met
• Support process optimisation by analysing manufacturing data, identifying trends and root causes
• Lead investigations into process deviations and implement corrective actions
• Assist with process trials, scale-up activities, and the introduction of new raw materials
• Document laboratory and production data accurately, developing SOPs and technical reports




• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at waste reduction, yield enhancement, and cost savings
What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of chemical principles and analytical techniques
• Experience within a major hazard facility, or related chemical manufacturing environment ideal
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a collaborative mindset
