Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented driver/yard hand to join our Miss Spelt's Organic health food store team.
This role involves overseeing logistics, help unloading/loading trucks, using trolleys to bring stock to store, help packing fresh produce boxes and delivery of said boxes to our lovely customers beyond Yarra Valley.
Key Responsibilities
Check stock levels on assigned products and replenish inventory from storage
Make sure the styrofoam boxes, wax cardboard, pallets and cardboard are sent back to market for proper recycling
May assist unloading produce, grocery and other from van/trucks
Wholesale order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Help truck unload (hand unload and/or tail gate using pallet jack)
Maintaining good relationships with store staff and assist them bringing flour bags, rice bags etc from storage
Assisting packing team to pack produce boxes or online orders
Delivering online orders to Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
Conducting stock rotation and stock audits
Assisting checking, counting and Q&S; auditing of incoming orders
Ability to use iphone, Ipad and basic web forms
Qualifications and SkillsPreferred Experience
Previous experience in a supermarket, warehouse, e-commerce store or other retail is highly regarded.
Licenses and Checks




Valid VICROADS license (with good driving history)
Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory)
Must understand & follow OH&S; standards

Current allocation is for Tuesday and Friday (8am-4pm)
