As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their lighting and home decor needs.
What you'll be doing
Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a tidy and well-organised retail space
Restock and merchandise products as needed
Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home decor or lighting industry
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
The ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
