The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers across a range of enquiries and services.
The position focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Duties
Respond to customer enquiries
Resolve complaints efficiently daily
Provide accurate service information
Maintain customer records accurately
Follow policies and procedures
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Requirements/Skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience in fast-paced environments
Basic computer literacy required
