An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated team leader to join our Mitsubishi Dealership in Townsville.
This position would be suited to a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for developing a team to deliver customer sales and service introductions to achieve excellence by going that extra mile.
With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.
The ability to interact with customers on varied online media platforms is essential to this role!

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the Brand while leading the automotive sales team and has a desire to build strong customer relationships within our region.
Reporting to the General Manager
A QLD Vehicle Sales License is required
The position is full-time, leading 4 Sales Consultants, plus Aftercare Consultant, Business Manager and Detailers
Remuneration + OTE
Drive Car
City location
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm
Pickerings has a strong online presence and as a successful experienced Sales focused individual you will be able to juggle customer enquiry through a range of online platforms as part of your role to lead and support the team outcomes.
